Cancellations can only be done within 24 hours from the time of order placement.
Orders canceled within 24 hours can be reimbursed as refund or store credits.
DIY products or custom designed products cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
Post 24 hours, change of products for another one or cancellation of customized products is not encouraged.
On account of COVID 19, there will be a deduction of 50% of the product/order value if the product/order is cancelled post 24 hrs of order placement.
The refund will be reimbursed in the form of store credits only.
The rate of the minimum deduction varies from case to case.
For cancellations post 24 hours from the time of ordering, customization charges will be non-refundable.
Post 24 hours of placing the order, the product is already being prepared to suit your specific preferences. If canceled, the product will no longer be suitable to any other customer and thus will become unnecessary wastage. This goes against our philosophy of contributing to a more sustainable planet and we believe everyone individual must play a part in doing so.

Cancellation is not applicable for products brought from the clearance sale
EthnoVog holds the right to inform the customer in case of the unavailability of any products.
In the case of the above scenario, we can take a product change request or else cancel the product and issue store credits.
